HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE WITHOUT CAPITAL?

The answer is ... CAN NOT!

That is, if you want to be successful, you have to use capital. This is serious, both want to work or want to do business, if you want to succeed, MUST have the capital. I often have people who hampered business (including me first), because they do not want to spend capital.

The question, "what if NOW I did not have the capital?"

My old school computer, most can be used for typing and I have the ability to write. Two of these capital I use to get cash. I offer writing services to friends, until I could buy a new computer.

Method Two: Learning to Get Capital (money).

CATS ARE SMART!

If the right definition for the term “Intelligence” would be “the ability to acquire and remember information and the capability to use them while solving different problems”, then the cat is definitely the most intelligent animal from all those surrounding us.

Try to put an adult cat in a room in which she has never been before and see how she is inspecting every corner of that room. This detailed search gives her valuable information about the environment, information that can even save her life in some cases. Actually, the curiosity specific to cats never harmed them, on the contrary it gave her the reputation of having nine lives!

We al know that the ability cats have to inspect surroundings is legendary, but, at the same time it has been proven that this ability is superior to that of any other domestic animal.

 The intellectual capacity of the cat is demonstrated by her ability of using information she already has to pass safely through certain situations. Cats are capable of forming “learning methods”, a characteristic that was supposed to belong only to primates.

Cats learn through observation, imitation, trying and of course, mistakes, just like people. The stories with cats being able to open draws or cupboards are many, but there also are cats that can turn on the lights or use the toilet, and this is possible only by carefully observing the ones that know how to do these things, their owners. 

 Considering the fact that the cat is the most intelligent domestic animal, it is very important that the owner knows very clearly the limits of her cognitive processes, because conferring the pet human motives can cause damage and behavioral problems.

 For example, a cat cannot reflect upon the past or think in perspective, so punishing her for something she has done only minutes earlier is useless, because the cat is not capable of connection the punishment with her actions. The same way, cants can’t claim revenge for a past punishment.

Globalization may already be familiar to you . Globalization can accelerate the rate of economy anywhere. Technology developed over the years become a tool that can easily human works. Even to support it many new technologies are born for example a computer. Unfortunately, the speed of current technological improvement not followed by protecting awareness of surrounding environment. Massive oil drilling caused by the human vehicle is increasing along with increasing human populations from year to year. Finally, the waste produced from the vehicles, become one of the main factors polluted air around us. A lot of environmental damage that we often hear, for example, global warming ,acid rain, greenhouse effect, environmental pollution and so on.

The greenhouse effect caused by excessive carbon dioxide gas and causes global warming makes the earth hotter. The next phenomenon is acid rain, although it can prevent global warming but acid rain is more dangerous. humans are the main causes ! Start From now let's keep our environment for our grandchildren one day later. because no matter how small work you do, will be felt by our children and grandchildren one day later.

The food that we have eaten seems to have profound effects on our healthy. Although science has made enormous steps in making food more fit and delicious to eat, it has, at the same time, made many foods are not healthy to be eaten. The additives that we eat are not all so direct. Farmers often give penicillin to poultry or cattle, and because of this, penicillin has been found in the milk of treated buffaloes and cows. Sometimes similar drugs are used to animals not for medical purpose, but of course for the reasons of financial. These farmers are always trying to fatten the animals in order to obtain a higher price in sale on the market. These procedures, the practice is still continued although the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has controlled repeatedly it. 

A healthy diet is directly related to good health. We are often unaware of the detrimental substances that we have ingested. Sometimes the other farmers or others who do not realize the consequences add these substances to food without thingking more.

Sampoerna Launches International Standard School

Macam-Macam Topologi Jaringan Komputer

1. Topologi Ring

Topologi ring atau cincin merupakan salah satu topologi jaringan yang menghubungkan satu komputer dengan komputer lainnya dalam suatu rangkaian melingkar, mirip dengan cincin. Biasanya topologi ini hanya menggunakan LAN card untuk menghubungkan komputer satu dengan komputer lainnya.

Kelebihan Topologi Ring :

1. Memiliki performa yang lebih baik daripada topologi bus.
2. Mudah diimplementasikan.
3. Konfigurasi ulang dan instalasi perangkat baru bisa dibilang cukup mudah.
4. Biaya instalasi cukup murah

Kekurangan Topologi Ring :

1. Kinerja komunikasi dalam topologi ini dinilai dari jumlah/ banyaknya titik atau node.
2. Troubleshooting bisa dibilang cukup rumit.
3. Jika salah satu koneksi putus, maka koneksi yang lain juga ikut putus.
4. Pada topologi ini biasnaya terjadi collision (tabrakan data).

2. Topologi Bus

Topologi bus bisa dibilang topologi yang cukup sederhana dibanding topologi yang lainnya. Topologi ini biasanya digunakan pada instalasi jaringan berbasis fiber optic, kemudian digabungkan dengan topologi star untuk menghubungkan client atau node.

Topologi bus hanya menggunakan sebuah kabel jenis coaxial disepanjang node client dan pada umumnya, ujung kabel coaxial tersebut biasanya diberikan T konektor sebagai kabel end to end .

Kelebihan Topologi Bus :

1. Biaya instalasi yang bisa dibilang sangat murah karena hanya menggunakan sedikit kabel.
2. Penambahan client/ workstation baru dapat dilakukan dengan mudah.
3. Topologi yang sangat sederhana dan mudah di aplikasikan

Kekurangan Topologi Bus :

1. Jika salah satu kabel pada topologi jaringan bus putus atau bermasalah, hal tersebut dapat mengganggu komputer workstation/ client yang lain.
2. Proses sending (mengirim) dan receiving (menerima) data kurang efisien, biasanya sering terjadi tabrakan data pada topologi ini.
3. Topologi yang sangat jadul dan sulit dikembangkan.

3. Topologi Star

Topologi star atau bintang merupakan salah satu bentuk topologi jaringan yang biasanya menggunakan switch/ hub untuk menghubungkan client satu dengan client yang lain. 

Kelebihan Topologi Star

1. Apabila salah satu komputer mengalami masalah, jaringan pada topologi ini tetap berjalan dan tidak mempengaruhi komputer yang lain.
2. Bersifat fleksibel
3. Tingkat keamanan bisa dibilang cukup baik daripada topologi bus.
4. Kemudahan deteksi masalah cukup mudah jika terjadi kerusakan pada jaringan.

Kekurangan Topologi Star

1. Jika switch/ hub yang notabenya sebagai titik pusat mengalami masalah, maka seluruh komputer yang terhubung pada topologi ini juga mengalami masalah.
2. Cukup membutuhkan banyak kabel, jadi biaya yang dikeluarkan bisa dibilang cukup mahal.
3. Jaringan sangat tergantung pada terminal pusat.

4. Topologi Mesh

Topologi mesh merupakan bentuk topologi yang sangat cocok dalam hal pemilihan rute yang banyak. Hal tersebut berfungsi sebagai jalur backup pada saat jalur lain mengalami masalah.

Kelebihan Topologi Mesh :

1. Jalur pengiriman data yang digunakan sangat banyak, jadi tidak perlu khawatir akan adanya tabrakan data (collision).
2. Besar bandwidth yang cukup lebar.
3. Keamanan pada topologi ini bisa dibilang sangat baik.

Kekurangan Topologi Mesh :

1. Proses instalasi jaringan pada topologi ini sangatlah rumit.
2. Membutuhkan banyak kabel.

Memakan biaya instalasi yang sangat mahal, dikarenakan membutuhkan banyak kabel

 5. Topologi Tree
Topologi jaringan komputer Tree merupakan gabungan dari beberapa topologi star yang dihubungan dengan topologi bus, jadi setiap topologi star akan terhubung ke topologi star lainnya menggunakan topologi bus, biasanya dalam topologi ini terdapat beberapa tingkatan jaringan, dan jaringan yang berada pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi dapat mengontrol jaringan yang berada pada tingkat yang lebih rendah.

• Kelebihan topologi tree adalah mudah menemukan suatu kesalahan dan juga mudah melakukan perubahan jaringan jika diperlukan.Kekurangan nya yaitu menggunakan banyak kabel, sering terjadi tabrakan dan lambat, jika terjadi kesalahan pada jaringan tingkat tinggi, maka jaringan tingkat rendah akan terganggu juga.
